There is a known behavior on the Partner Information page within the Central Dashboard, where the partners' Contact Information (Phone/Website) will be blank. This data point can be seen outside of the API by looking at the administrators record within the Partner Portal > Manage users.Ĭentral Dashboard: Partner contact information is blank This is the same data shown within the Partner Portal ‘Manage Users’ section where you can see the column for ‘Active’ (or select the tick box to show non-active' administrators. The ‘Active’ entry refers to whether the Administrator in question has an active Partner administrator record. Some administrator records returned may not show the ‘Active’ data. There is a known behavior seen when using the Partner get admin api query Partner Admin API response may not show the 'active' data value for some administrators.
